Thanksgiving Dinner Drive Sign Up

Thank you for your willingness to participate in the Thanksgiving Dinner Drive!

**Please note that by completing this form, you are agreeing to donate a turkey dinner and accompanying trimmings.**

A Few Notes:

All dinners are to be returned on Sunday, November 17 by 12:00 PM noon.
Yes, we require a frozen turkey (as requested by the organizations with which we work).
The drive is in conjunction with the Strongsville Food Bank, Saint Boniface Food Bank, La Sagrada Familia Parish, and the Catholic Charities Early Learning Center.
